Greyson was overall stable overnight.  He did desat a little bit while on the CPAP trial. 

Today, the plan is to keep doing the CPAP trials to help him gain strength so he can be extubated soon. 

He is still pretty swollen but he also seems to be a little intravenously dry so they are balancing how to get the fluids off of him. 

The attending this week is also concerned about how long he has been on Propofol and would like to take him off of it.  So she is upping some of his pain medications and adding some sedation medications and then they are going to try to turn off the Propofol and see how he does.  💚🧡🎗️
