Greyson is making small steps of improvement.  His septic shock is resolving, he is off of his blood pressure (raising) medicines, and he has not had a fever. He did have a mildly low temp yesterday, but they think it may have been related to his bath.

He did get the skin biopsy of his rash yesterday and hopefully we’ll have some preliminary results for that this afternoon.  They sent off another test to look for bacteria DNA and those results should be back by tomorrow.

His did get his sinus scope from ENT and everything looked okay there.

His chest xray from this morning is slightly improved so they are going to try to wean down his vent a little bit today. They are also going to wean his steroids.

They are leaving his sedation where it is right now even though he is a little wiggly. They want to see him start taking breaths on his own.

They may do an EEG for the fluid around his heart, and an ultrasound of his gallbladder again today as his bilirubin is still slightly increasing.

His white blood count did come up a little bit.  This is good news as we are still waiting on engraftment from his bone marrow transplant. 💚🧡🎗️

Thanking the LORD for little improvements, even as we keep Greyson and the whole Corbitt family in prayer before His throne of grace and mercy.
