Well, it took awhile for the CT results to come back... Luckily there were no signs of blood clots in the lungs. Since there were no blood clots, we just need to continue the breathing treatments to help his lungs gain strength and re-inflate. Unfortunately, this CT was only of his chest. They said the contrast needed for an abdominal CT scan would be hard on his kidneys. They think his belly drain is clogged because his stomach is hard and enlarged. I wish we could get a better idea on what is going on in there. We also got the results back from the MRSA, Flu, Covid, and RSV tests. Those all came back negative. The Urologist is still closely watching Mike's kidney tubing and bag. They want to make sure everything is passing through, clots are minimum, and not getting caught. We are also still watching his colostomy bag. They doctors want his belly to "wake up" more... Meaning; more sounds, movement, and contents being released into the bag. Please pray that tonight is a good night for Mike. Please pray that his vitals are good and no fever. Pray that both Mike and Tricia get some much needed rest to keep fighting. God is so good and we will celebrate every little bit of good news we get. I just want my dad out of there. THANK YOU!
