🧸 Day +33
We’ve had a calm weekend at home. Teddie’s had bursts of energy, played hard, and shared lots of laughs. We’re still working on her appetite (carrots and strawberries are current favorites) but overall, she seems to be feeling good. 🥕

Tuesday is a big day. Teddie will have her first bone marrow aspirate post-transplant — a major milestone and an incredibly important test. I’ll be honest: my anxiety has crept in today. The weight of what these results mean is heavy. But we’re doing our best to hand that fear over, trusting in the healing that’s already begun. This is the cure we prayed for, and we’re leaning on the God who has brought us this far.

The aspirate will tell us:
▪️If there are any signs of leukemia left in her marrow
▪️ How well her new marrow is working by measuring chimerism — the percentage of blood cells that come from her donor. The goal is 100% donor cells, which would mean full engraftment and a strong, cancer-fighting immune system.

This journey is long and emotional — and sometimes it feels like it’s only just beginning. But we’re standing on faith. God has been with us every step of the way, and we believe He’s not done working.

               Prayer Requests:
❤️ That her bone marrow aspirate is clear — no leukemia.
💛 For 100% donor chimerism and strong engraftment
🧡 For protection from GVHD and side effects of treatment
💚 Complete healing and a long, cancer-free life
💙 That her appetite continues to improve.
💜 For peace in our hearts as we wait for results.

Thank you for continuing to lift us up, for loving Teddie so well, and for walking alongside us. One day closer. 💛

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
Psalm 56:3
