We left home today to begin the next big step in Teddie’s healing journey. Today is Day -8, the start of the conditioning phase before her bone marrow transplant. We’re getting settled into the hospital and starting fluids and pre-treatment medications tonight.

Tomorrow, Teddie begins her first round of radiation. She’ll be going twice a day for the next four days. It’s a hard and emotional moment for us—leaving home, entering this intense phase of treatment, and not knowing exactly how things will unfold. We’re feeling anxious, but at the same time hopeful. We hope this is the answer we’ve been praying and fighting for.

Please continue to keep Teddie in your prayers. Pray for strength and protection over her body, for minimal side effects, and for this transplant to be a complete success. Your prayers and support lift us more than you know, and we’re stepping forward with hope in our hearts.
