One week ago, Ella received her stem cell transplant — and we are so grateful to share that she’s doing very well! The travel went smoothly, and she was happy to be back home. She experienced some fatigue over the first few days, but overall she’s been recovering beautifully.

Mesenchymal stem cells take time to activate and begin repairing tissue, particularly in the brain, so we’re patiently watching and waiting for signs of progress over the coming weeks.

Dr. Proefrock also compounded a custom supplement protocol for Ella, and we are thrilled to share that she is now off all prescription medications and, for the first time, sleeping through the night — that alone is life-changing for our whole family. 💛

He also created supportive compounds specifically targeting her dystonia and spasticity. We are administering hyaluronidase nasal spray twice daily to help direct the stem cells to where they’re needed most.
