Yesterday we were able to escape for a day date since Todd had the day off from work. He spent most of the time on the phone with the Mayo hospital, insurance and CVS as that’s a part time job itself keeping up on all of that.

The one thing that gives us constant peace on this journey is how God is very aware of us and our family. We are being led every step of the way. Sometimes it’s hard as it’s not the direction we thought or wanted to go but we know without a doubt that God is in the details.

It’s easy to say what you would or wouldn’t do until that situation becomes your reality. And then, you just have to rely strictly on the spirit to guide you through each step because it’s so personal to your situations, timing in your life etc. We’ve witnessed that many times in our life and this has been no exception.

Todd is going above and beyond in all the many ways to heal him. He is definitely doing his part and we know God is doing His. Todd’s faith is strong and unwavering. His attitude and positivity is commendable and quite inspiring. And we know without a doubt that God has purpose and a plan in all of our lives.
