Today we had a couple big wins in terms of scheduling. Sarah will have a liver biopsy on Thursday and a port placement on Monday! These steps are critical to getting a full diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan. 

Sarah also received much needed pain relief in the past 48 hours, brining her pain from liver inflammation down from 10/10 to 2/10. She is now able to catch up on rest. 

Today we are praying for continued pain control, relief from nausea, and quality nutrition and sleep. 

We are so grateful to all of you who have stepped up with prayers, food, and additional offers of support, as well as the financial relief as the medical expenses add up. The community has wrapped their arms around Sarah and the family and it is bringing all of us much needed comfort. 

Thank you for your continued blessings. If anyone can beat this, it’s Sarah!
