What is HBOT?
HBOT stands for Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.
What does it do?
In the HBOT chamber, the air is pressurized and oxygen is pumped in. This shrinks the size of the oxygen molecules and allows them to penetrate deeper into the body and brain.
Why does this benefit Samuel?
Samuel has a history with low oxygen levels, so increasing the oxygen in his environment and allowing it to penetrate deeper is obviously going to provide many benefits. The most apparent benefit is a huge increase in energy.
HBOT also helps to reduce inflammation in the body. If Samuels body is having to deal with low oxygen and inflammation of the brain, all of his energy will be put towards that. This makes gains in other areas much slower and harder to achieve.
