It is a great day!

Madeline has turned a big corner and is getting back to herself. She is smiling and is even getting up to walk a little bit! After a tough few days it is SO good to see light back in her eyes! 

We will be here for another few days for sure, but Kaitlyn and Lilah are on their way down right now to come stay with us and visit. All three girls have missed each other and are very excited to be together again. They are Madeline’s biggest cheerleaders. It will be fun to share some pictures with all of you once they are together.

We continue to celebrate each little bit of progress! We are weaning pain meds slowly but surely and look forward to eliminating extra tubes and drains one at a time.

Please continue to pray for rest and smooth healing.
