Hello all!

Week 2 of chemotherapy is in the books! 

David, Madeline and myself all made the trip to Children's this morning for Madeline's second round of chemotherapy. It all went as well as it could have! We are grateful for wonderful nurses. 

We are home safely and so far Madeline is doing well! She is a little tired, but is still mostly herself. We are going to pray for minimal side effects this round.

Yesterday we made our first urgent trip to the emergency room. Madeline spiked a fever and we are required to be seen and evaluated in the ER within an hour of a high temperature. All her blood work looked great and she was otherwise acting normal so we got to come home. Praise God. Needless to say, this journey continues to be a roller coaster!

Thank you for checking in on us and praying for us always. We are learning to adjust to this new unpredictable life.
