Hi everyone,

We’re still here in Vancouver, but there’s been some exciting progress! Presley has started **pool therapy**—and she absolutely *loves* it. It’s been a beautiful way to build strength while giving her body a break from the intensity of land-based therapies.

Our days are usually packed back to back with different therapy sessions, so time is flying. It’s intense, but Presley continues to show up with so much determination (and a few giggles in between). 🏊‍♀️💪

We’re starting to hear talk of **discharge**—and while we don’t have all the details yet, it’s looking like we’ll be **transferring to inpatient rehab at JPCH in Saskatoon**. It will be such a gift to be closer to home and surrounded by our village again.

I truly can’t say enough good things about the team here. This centre has been exceptional. Every therapist, nurse, and staff member has played a part in helping Presley feel safe, seen, and supported—and it’s made all the difference.

Presley is still working on building enough strength to walk independently. She’s using her walker a little more now, but she does fatigue quickly and gets sore—so we’re being mindful not to overstretch her with too much, too fast. Slow, sustainable progress is our focus.
