Scarlett has been diagnosed with High Risk Multi System Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH). She completed her first round of Chemo treatment 07/04/2026 and is doing well. She will be getting her treatments every 2 weeks for about a year. This is a trial and error process so depending on how she is doing and how her blood work looks this is going to change. She has a chest/lung tube in to help stabilize her right lung as air keeps leaking in between her chest wall and lung. We are currently still at Seattle Children's and have been here since 06/24/2026. Doctors are discussing a plan to place a Heimlich valve in to help support her lungs and create a plan to go home.
