Oh, what a feeling!
That's the lightened, uplifted feeling I get looking out at our lawn.
It conjures up that classic 1979 Toyota Tercel ad campaign that hit the zeitgeist -- "Oh, what a feeling to drive - Toyota!" If that tin can could make people leap in the air with joy, imagine the thrill of a freshly shaven lawn! It's a large mow! I haven't had it under this much control since we moved into the house in 2022. Thank you!
This wonderful gift from friends at church is emblematic of just how loved and seen we feel by all of you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
And "thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place" (2 Cor. 2:14). We're experiencing His love through you.
After a difficult weekend, Paula is faring much better. She's talkative and in good spirits. But she's on strong meds to keep her from having more vasospasms, and these make her very sleepy.
"The Lord is my shepherd,
I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside quiet waters.
He restores my soul;
He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake."
Psalm 23:1-3
