Hello Family and Friends Old and New… 

Just a little March update. This year has already been quite the whirlwind. I've needed to retreat for my health sake.... I’ve been experiencing some ongoing pain and some different symptoms that have needed to be reevaluated. All of the extras and some of the necessities in life have come to a screeching halt. Thank you to those people who have stepped up to help me with meals and cleaning and driving. I am grateful for you.  

Healing is my number one job right now… I’ve had to takeoff some of the many hats that I’ve been wearing for way too long as a single parent. 

I still do not have the capacity to reach out and communicate with lots of people on a daily basis. Thank you for your understanding.
