Merida embodies compassion and empathy more deeply than most—she feels your emotions, cries and laughs with you, holds your hand, and truly listens. Though she lives with physical disabilities (arthrogryposis multiplex, paralysis from the knee down, and scoliosis), her spirit is boundless. Surrounded by her beloved animals—dog Barry, cat Beaker, and two new rescue kittens, Chaos and Mayhem—Merida’s love and empathy shine through every connection she makes.
