Round 1 of Chemo is in the books. Everything went smoothly and Megan had no reaction to the drugs. She is doing everything she can to prevent neuropathy in her hands and feet with ice packs. Along with an ice cap to help keep her hair follicles as healthy as possible throughout this process. The infusion took less time then they had said originally so that was a pleasant surprise. Her Dad was with her the whole time and he is so great at keeping spirits up so some smiles were had throughout the day. Nick has been there to help this evening and keep any out for any side effects that might come later but so far she is handling everything well and Everett even gave her a dance show tonight and said he cold cap was cool.
