Today was a day of great accomplishment. And it is all thanks to the Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief team + Friends/Family. 

The KBDR is a group of volunteers making their mission field for Christ by helping those facing trials from disasters in Ky. These are people I don’t know but still made a point to show up. We can’t thank them enough and all the hard work they did today. 

We accomplished ripping out drywall, cabinets, insulation, and anything that had water damage. The team set up foggers throughout the house that is supposed to help eliminate mold growth. 

People will be returning tomorrow to help clean up the debris that’s placed outside and power wash the inside of the home. 

Everyone has amazed me. Coming together to help us out when under different circumstances we might’ve remained strangers. But I’m so glad to have come in contact with these people, albeit I wish it were under better circumstances. 

As always please continue to pray for us. Talon has had the harder job-making sure his bed stays put lol. I’ll update more as we go along.
