It’s been a big week for Mary Lacy, and we’re excited to share some encouraging news:
- On Tuesday (11/11), Mary Lacy was moved to Legend Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Kyle. The transition to a new place—with a different routine, a roommate, and new caregivers—has taken a little adjusting, but she’s already making great strides.
- She was able to sit in a wheelchair and go outside for the first time in 3.5 weeks and absolutely loved feeling the sunshine again. She even asked for sunglasses! 😎
- One of the sweetest blessings, this new facility allows dog visits. She got to spend time with her pups this week, she is such an animal lover it really lifted her spirits in the best way.

- She continues to light up when we read your kind, encouraging messages. Your words, prayers, and support mean more than you know. Please keep them coming—they truly make a difference.
