We didn't know about Marco's Down syndrome diagnosis prenatally but I knew the second they handed me my little bundle of joy that he had that extra chromosome.  That first night was full of all sorts of emotions for Tony and me but we got to loving on him right away. Marco has inspired us over and over with his courage and joy. Every day, he teaches us something new about love and strength. We are grateful to have him in our lives.
