Lincoln Hocevar
Lincoln finished his 5th day of chemo this morning and we were able to bring him home today!!
We had a lot of anxiety headed into this cycle because we had been told that this regimen is pretty harsh. And seeing how brutal the last cycle was made us pretty nervous about this one. But fortunately we were very wrong about what was in store! Somehow he made it through this and felt good for most of the time. I think we found the optimal anti nausea medication regimen so that helped a lot.
This hospitalization was by no means easy but we are grateful that it went probably as well as it could have gone.Β
We are glad to be back home with our sweet Lincoln and are so grateful for all of you amazing people out there that are helping us through this!!
