A Little Lemmy Update!

This week has brought some exciting steps forward for our sweet Lemon.

One of the biggest wins is that we have hopefully secured more consistent nursing care, and Mama has been busy training a new nurse on all things Lemon. Having dependable support means so much for our family and helps ensure Lemon continues receiving the specialized care she needs each day.

We are also waiting to be scheduled with the Phoenix Children's neurology team as we search for more comprehensive care that can better meet Lemon's changing needs. As Lemon grows, so do the challenges she faces, and we're committed to exploring every opportunity to help her thrive.

Perhaps the most exciting development this week was a very promising meeting with a physician who offers treatment options aimed at reducing Lemon's painful spasticity. For years, we've watched our girl work through discomfort that most people never see. The possibility of helping her move more comfortably, rest more peacefully, and enjoy more of her day gives us so much hope.

Unfortunately, these out-of-state treatments are not covered by insurance and will require frequent travel between Utah and Arizona. While that presents new financial challenges, we are hopeful that the potential benefits for Lemon are worth pursuing.

We are so grateful for every person who follows along on Lemon's journey, prays for her, shares her story, and supports our family. Your encouragement reminds us that we are not walking this road alone.

We truly believe brighter days are ahead for our girl, and we can't wait to share what comes next. 💛
