Wednesday's hopeful discharge has come and gone. Kelly unfortunately has not been released yet. We were hopeful that it would happen today, but Thursday night Kelly started having some low oxygen levels that prevented us from being released. They have since taken her off of oxygen in hopes of determining whether she needs to be sent home with oxygen or not. The latest projection is that we could be released tomorrow (Saturday) assuming her oxygen levels support it. Kelly also completed here 6th radiation treatment today which means we're over half way, leaving 4 treatments that will resume on Monday.

I was able to run home for a quick shower this afternoon and was able to soak in some much needed hugs from Allie and Brooke. I pray that Kelly will be able to embrace the girls soon. Not sure the cancer stands a chance with those sweet little hugs.

Thank you so much for taking time to update us Chad. You are supporting and uplifting Kelly and the girls. Praying she gets home this weekend and knocks out her final Radiation treatments next week Maybe portable oxygen at home as needed?

Keep the faith Chad, it's a long haul. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. It's very hard at times, especially when you don't get to go home from the hospital! Just know Kelly is right where she needs to be, right in the center of God's palm. Just keep the faith and know that there are bunches of people praying for you all every day 💗🙏! For sure I am one of them!
