Judah (J.E.T) Traylor
After the whirlwind week we had last week, we all really enjoyed being home this weekend! Judah surprised us with feeling really up for things like a zoo trip with friends on Saturday. He did use the wheelchair some, but he mostly used his crutches! He also did the high ropes course at the zoo and said after “it wasn’t bad, but it did hit my port a couple times & that hurt” but he also rode on the carousel and he hula hooped at his Mimi & Pops on Sunday! Anything like this is just phenomenal at this point! One repurposed med that has been so good for him has been adding Celebrex in. It’s been great for his pain control! We continue to be just blown away by the financial support so many have been blessing us with! Thank y’all for coming alongside our family & loving us in so many ways! Judah’s 1st immunotherapy treatment went well this past Friday, so we are so thankful for that! We do not have it scheduled yet when we will get new scans, but we are thinking early April. For now we will enjoy the (Lord willing!) stability of the next 6 weeks at home. Judah will get weekly labs in Columbia to check blood counts & liver functions. Continue to pray for complete healing in Jesus name! Also, we will be announcing it officially soon, but we are planning a worship & prayer night at our church for March 20th and will have a variety of our musician friends joining together from different seasons of life! This is also Judah’s 12th birthday and we will be celebrating his life that night! Mark your calendars! More details to come!
