I promise I haven't forgotten to update you, but as of today we still haven't received a verdict from the Stand Your Ground Hearing.

It's almost been a month. I have NO IDEA why it's taking this long. We were told it could take up to 2 weeks but "shouldn't be that long."

Again, I will update y'all when we receive a verdict!

HOWEVER..

We just found out today that the man who shot my husband has filed a motion to be released from jail on bond.

Again.

PLEASE PRAY that the judge will not allow him to be released!!

We truly believe that this was premeditated [attempted] murder and Joshua and I both fear for our family's safety if he is released.

As of right now, we do not have a date for the bond hearing.
