This birthday girl started her day getting decked out in her special birthday outfit with a sash and ribbon to match. She loves music and was so happy to hear us sing Happy Birthday to her first thing this morning, despite our singing voices (we won’t quit our day jobs). She went off to school with mini cupcakes to share with her classmates, will get to spend time with friends, and then come home for a family dinner. Her big treat comes this weekend when we plan to take her to the Mystic Aquarium for the first time. Jordan’s visual impairment is pretty severe, but the lights of the aquarium will likely excite her tremendously - we can’t wait to see how she likes it.
