Two flights later and unknowingly swapping suitcases with someone else and we are in New Orleans!

When I say Jonah was a trooper traveling, I’m not exaggerating! He really was the best traveler. He was happy while getting pushed in the stroller through the airport and slept decent stretches on both flights. People even commented about how well he did!

We even had the audacity to say “wow, we don’t want to jinx anything by saying how well today has been going” ONLY TO ACTUALLY JINX OURSELVES. We get to the hotel and start unloading the car and I looked at my suitcase and was like hmmm that’s actually not my bag 🫠 turns out another guy on the rental car shuttle had the same bag and took ours and neither of us checked 🤦‍♀️ we back tracked to the rental car pickup (no luck) so then Lyle went back to the airport and spoke to special services and they took the bag and Lyle’s info and the best they could do was call us when the other person brought our bag back. And 5 minutes later they called 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 God is good! We start treatments Tuesday and are so excited!
