Yesterday was Jonah’s first HBOT session and he did so well! He ended up falling asleep halfway during the session 🙌🏼 We’re all out of sorts with our routine, but hopefully we can get the same time slot each day and fall into more of a consistent routine which will definitely help naps.

Jonah will now have an hbot session everyday Monday-Friday until the end of July! We’re praying for some big improvements!
