Whew. Finally after a 2 month break for HBOT, we’re back to our regularly programmed physical therapy and Jonah did GREAT! We were so excited to show his PT all the new tricks Jonah learned. Of course he didn’t want to show how he can roll but he barely cried or whined and had amazing head control, so we still call the appointment a win! We’re so happy that his therapist sees a huge change in his abilities too, which is amazing! Although we see changes, we’re with him daily so it’s always nice to hear someone else say they see improvement too.

Jonah’s main PT does DMI therapy, which helps his body learn how to use his muscles better and he’s been improving since we started. We’ve seen more success with this model than standard PT.

Jonah’s weekly appointments include 2 physical therapy sessions, 1 feeding therapy (likely will pick back up to 2 in the fall when they have more openings), and chiropractor. Then add in the various specialists we see and Help Me Grow. Jonah’s a busy little guy but it’s all helping him!
