Joe’s healing continues to progress beautifully. His PT exercises for the burns on his face are going really well, and his care team is thrilled with his progress.
Today, Joe had his first “tear down,” which involves removing the dressings from his graft sites. It’s an extremely painful process, but as usual, Joe hunkered down and handled it like a pro. His surgeons are very happy with how well he is healing.
Joe was also able to stand today and even took a short walk to the bathroom—definitely a gold-star day for him! ⭐️
All in all, things are moving in the right direction, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Joe and Greta are overwhelmed by the incredible support they continue to receive. They want everyone to know just how deeply appreciative they are for all the love, prayers, encouragement, and support. ❤️
