Jett went to the GI doctor at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in August. He is slowly gaining weight- we were able to put off placing a GTube for another six months, which is always a relief.  He has had elevated liver enzymes since April, after having a stomach virus. The GI doctor ordered a liver ultrasound to ensure his liver looked good. We were able to take a trip to the Cincinnati Zoo after our appointment that day! Jett loves his animals and got some new animal toys while there to complete his collection. His favorites were the penguins and he got a penguin toy and book. 

Jett went to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation doctor on 9/09/2025. She loved seeing his progress and said he looked great! 
We already had his plan with his therapy center on ordering a new gait trainer and accessories for his medical stroller, so we didn't need anything new this appointment. 

Jett's liver ultrasound was on 9/12/2025 and it did not show any concerns. We visited the museums in Cincinnati. Jett is very into dinosaurs right now. He was able to get some soft dinosaurs, because his plastic ones were scratching him in his sleep.  We also stopped at the outlets to get his growing legs some new pants for this fall. 

We have a neurology appointment scheduled in October. 

Jett continues to go to preschool for half days. 
 He goes to Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy at Kids Center. 

We are looking to add an additional speech therapy as he seems more interested in communicating lately. He has even made up his own signs and is increasing in vocalizations.
