THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We are beyond grateful for the support we’ve received over the last two weeks. Words can’t fully express our appreciation for every prayer, meal, babysitting offer, and donation given for our sweet Jenevieve.
✨ We are thrilled to share that the December Dallas DMI intensive is fully paid off, and we’ve also scheduled the March 2026 intensive with them, our desire is to pay that off by 1st week of Feb.
A Few Updates:
- Throat Surgery Results Jenevieve’s recent surgery showed no structural abnormalities in her airway that would explain why she aspirates on liquids. While this is good news, it doesn’t provide the answers we hoped for to eliminate the need for a thickener. We’ll continue working closely with her feeding therapist over the next few months.
- Therapy Changes One of our main therapists, Ashley Cook (ABM – Anat Baniel Method), has moved out of state to be closer to family. With her departure, we are re-evaluating Jenevieve’s therapy needs.
- We’re considering Kinactive Kids bi-weekly sessions (which she previously attended) and/or summer intensives.($165/45 min- Cash based)
- We’re also looking into Beelieve Physical Therapy in Fort Worth.($500 deposit, does take insurance, but after deductible is paid & if approved as medically necessary by the insurance company)
- We’re considering Kinactive Kids bi-weekly sessions (which she previously attended) and/or summer intensives.($165/45 min- Cash based)
