Sunny day, sweepin' the clouds away. On my way to where the air is sweet.

From here it will get a little long and plain (fingers crossed). The posts have kind of revealed much of the current daily routine. Highlights for today include a swap of the attending MD this morning. Got to meet them, get them up to speed on my case, and talk next steps. I still am having some swelling in the legs and hands.

We continue to wait for the bounce, my overall numbers are still trending down. With the platelet transfusion my number ticked up enough to not require one today. I imagine though there will be several more blood transfusions in the future. I got in 7 or more laps today, really working on not loosing lung capacity and keeping a strong balance with the very low red count. Yes, I got my SHOT this evening in my tummy.

The best thing today though is I was able to see my wife for a bit. This a huge mental boost. Being apart is difficult and video chat is not the same as you all know. So I am very very grateful for the time.

Thank you all for reading my posts, I am trying to keep you all updated. I appreciate all the things each of you are doing. I look forward to seeing you on Sesame Street and remember:

Jason, we have never met in person, but I love your Mom and Dad. My Brother had a stem cell transplant and is now 20 years past and doing marvelous, just as I am praying for you, my friend. Remember what doesn't kill you makes you stronger unless it is a bear - bears will - you know. Hugs and prayers!!!
