Numbers continue to build. My Platelets are still trailing but after speaking with the MD team this morning they said that Platelets regularly trail the other markers. I likely will get another transfusion for them on Tuesday.
My throat continues to improve making it much easier to take pills and and eat. Working on pushing the fluids. Still not where I would like to be with total water intake. Today's RN was a great sounding board for questions about process, next steps, and things to look for.
"You Americans, you are always so... so optimistic."
Well that's it for today. I let my body do it's thing and position myself as best I can by pushing every day. Looking forward to seeing what I will be able to do when I get back to 100%. Please keep reading, I will try to keep writing and work to keep everyone updated. Thank you all.
"How much did your bionic man cost you, Oscar? Five, six million dollars? We shall soon see if it was a good investment, won't we?"
