Harrison's g-tube surgery went by quickly and easily!  We had to leave the house at 4:45 AM and Harrison was wide awake and smiling at 4:30 so he must’ve have known it was go time! I definitely took it as a sign that today was the day. 

He's now settled in an acute care room on the cardiac floor while we work on getting his pain under control and figuring out his new feeding schedule. He's been pretty uncomfortable and agitated (which totally makes sense), but he's hanging in there and showing his feisty side. 

We'll likely be here a few more days just to make sure everything looks perfect before we head home. Thank you so much for all the prayers, messages, and love. We truly feel every bit of it.
