People have been gracious with their suggestions, and for the most part understanding that it’s ultimately going to be our decision as to where go and what we do after this initial round of radiation and chemotherapy. We have not lacked any suggestions, and have been appreciative of people’s ideas and references. My typical response is, “please email me the information you have. We will look over it, pray about it, and then see where the Lord leads us.” Truly, we are wide open to what HE wants for us to pursue.

As I am writing this, my awesome kids have done a great job searching out best options and seeking how we can move into those opportunities. My doctors here have been very supportive of our pursuing help through Duke University in Durham N.C. We believe they have the very best doctors and treatment when it comes to the specific type of cancer I have been dealing with.

So, I will have an MRI here in Florida on November 8, and that should and will reveal the results of our treatment since late August. And also the results of all our prayers! The plan then is we will be at Duke Medical on November 15th. These are our next two steps. Please pray all goes well- so GOD gets the GLORY! For His name sake!

Overall, I’m feeling very tired these days, but also more optimistic than ever. My trust is in The One who made me, and believing in His power and mercy. Thanks for all the prayers and love!!

We too are on the journey road to fighting Cancer. Brian was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma this past may. His mom went through the same diagnosis just two years ago. There isn’t a cure for MM, but there is very good treatment plans for what he has going on. We’re in Charlotte NC at the Levine Cancer Institute in the middle part of his Stem Cell Transplant. We’ll be up here for another two weeks before we can return home to Murrells Inlet. I saw that you were diagnosed back in August and were starting some treatments. Our prayers and support are with you! We know exactly how it feels to be in the unknowns…. Very hard, but we ALL know we’re not alone in it. So thankful for a faith and love for God that gets us through our hardest and even best of day. We will be praying for you all as you prepare to figure out your best next steps and that God will clear the way of any obstacles. We’ll be praying for you ALL to stay healthy as you will all need to be, to be able to be there for one another. Please keep us posted on how we can care and pray for you ALL! Hugs!!🤗 🫶🏼❤️

Father I pray every moment Greg rests is multiplied and he is physically, emotionally and spiritually refreshed daily by the power of your mighty right hand . You are for him , I pray you bless and keep him I pray he and Joannie hear your voice saying, “this is the way, walk in it for all their decisions .Pour out wisdom and peace and may they sense you love in such a powerful way .I ask a double portion of hope in their hearts and we pray for healing touch , Jehovah Rapha the God who heals all our diseases move this mountain in Jesus name !!!
