Cerebral Palsy awareness day!!

Hi everyone!
 Today is National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight our incredible little CP warrior, Grasley! 💚

Grasley has level 3 cerebral palsy as a result of a stroke in utero. It primarily affects her left side, causing hemiplegia, which means she has weakness in her left hand and leg. Cerebral palsy shows up in different ways for her—through muscle weakness, challenges with bowel function that can lead to constipation, and oral motor difficulties that can cause choking episodes and drooling.

But if there’s one thing to know about Grasley, it’s that she has never let CP define or limit her. She is such a fighter and continues to amaze us every single day with how strong, determined, and high-functioning she is.

Her CP is also the reason behind all the therapies and treatments we pursue—to give her every opportunity to thrive and grow. Thank you so much for walking this journey with us, loving our girl, and supporting her along the way. We can’t wait to see all the incredible things our CP warrior will do next! 💚✨
