Last week, we traveled to Florida to spend time with dear friends and make some wonderful memories. 

Looking at this photo, you probably see a happy little girl enjoying an adventure. 

What you don’t see is everything that happened behind the scenes to make that trip possible. 

The transfers in and out of the car. 

Taking apart and reassembling Fiona’s wheelchair every time we stopped. 

Leaving behind equipment that would have given her more independence because there simply wasn’t room for it. 

The physical strain on her caregivers. 

The reality is that a wheelchair accessible vehicle wouldn’t just make travel easier - it would make everyday life safer, more accessible, and more independent for Fiona. 

That’s why we’re raising funds for an accessible vehicle.
