While we are on adventures with Fiona, one issue we often come across is having an accessible place to care for her personal hygiene needs. Most places have infant changing tables with a max weight capacity of 50 lbs. That means that even if a facility is technically accessible, there may not be a place to care for personal needs. This is why we always have to have room in our trunk to change her. I was pleased to see that the Jacksonville Zoo. Does have changing stations that are much larger than the typical changing tables and they are fixed to the wall and floor. We were also pleased to be able to get in the carousel and participate in feeding animals.
