Hi Team Everly,

Today sweet baby girl was able to ring the bell and was released to hospice care at home.  She will never have to be poked, prodded, or have any more days spent at the hospital.  While her family spends every moment with her and works diligently to keep her pain free and comfortable, while begging for a miracle for sweet Everly.  

Please if it's on your heart donate to Everly's family.  The last thing they should worry about is how to pay their electric bill, hospital bills, groceries and anything that sweet Everly needs.
