To my precious girl,

Pain no longer lives in your body, your soul is free. You took your last breaths in our arms and we surrounded you with love, kisses and comfort. The ones who love you will now be the ones to carry the pain of your absence, but as long as it is not you who is hurting anymore that’s all that matters. Until we are lucky enough to reunite with you one final time we will miss you with every breath that we take. You always lived so full and so bright, daddy and I will do our best to continue to do that like we promised you. Your last days and entire life truthfully, were always filled with constant kisses, I love you’s, words of strength and promises of eternal peace. You endured so much in this life, more than what was fair, and somehow you never spent one day saddened by any of it. You continued to learn, grow and love through it all. I’ll look for you everywhere, but I’ll feel you when I walk past a field of dancing wildflowers, stare out onto the endless ocean with its powerful waves, with the peace the night sky brings and all its brightest stars. I will miss you every second of every day and I hope that reminds us to live life as you would want us to. My sweet Eberby B, please find me again. It’s already so empty without you here cuddled in my arms and I just feel so sick.
