After our arduous journey, the bond has been approved and settled by the judge.Β
I have reset the fundraiser goal to $1000 as the money has been procured, thanks to everyone's generosity here as well as from close friends and family. We are just waiting for ICE to approve and receive the payment so my dad can be released.
I spoke to my dad this morning. He was beyond thankful and ready to return to his family. We are hoping the payment will be taken tomorrow and my dad can be picked up soon after.
