Hi everyone, 
It’s been a while since we’ve given an update. Dom will be heading back to Baltimore on Sunday, for his first surgery on Tuesday. They will insert a drain into the eye, to help keep the pressure in his eye down (more pressure causes more damage) and they will remove the lens which is currently dislodged. 

There will be some recovery time, before a second surgery, to repair the iris and give him a new lens at the same time. 
There are no promises that these surgeries will improve his vision, but it is important to him that he try everything he can. 
This first surgery was deemed necessary to be done ASAP, and with still no contact back from Toronto, the fear of waiting is too high.
