I had a video appointment with the doctor. She said she is optimistic about the Enhertu. She likes how I have been doing and feeling. I told her about meeting Vera who I'm pretty much on the same journey she is on. I told her about her scans being clean and still on Enhertu. Dr. really liked hearing all that especially since Vera and I are so similar with mutations. We discussed juice fasting and regular water fasting. I love that she is open about it. She said she is learning a lot about it herself. 

I also told her that about 6 days before treatment I get anxious and emotional. She asked why do I think that is, I'm not sure yet. I told her I am seeing a counselor and again she thought that is a great idea because I can talk unfiltered, YES! She asked how Mike and the kids are. I told her I see the stress all over Mike's face. Brandon got to see me crying my eyes out this morning so he kept giving me hugs. He is going through his own stuff. He had to go back to the dentist, I think he has a dry socket. I told Brandon not to worry about me, tears are a good way to release and cleanse.  Dr mentioned the integrative dr can help with the anxiety and emotions. I hope they don't want to give me anxiety meds. I need to keep my body as clean as possible so I will do other things to help. I do a good job breathing through it and exercising. I know one thing that would help is driving with the windows down and music blaring!  My bff Renee has a jeep and that would be perfect. I wish I could get her out here. Thelma and Louise reunited LOL.
