Today has been a good day. I unfortunately took my seizure meds and they started making me feel nauseated so I took a zofran. We are celebrating Chip's (stepdad) birthday in a few hours. I can't believe he is 70!!!  I even did my hair and makeup. I haven't done my hair since Aug 22. I mean I wash it and pretty much let it dry. When I don't put any curl stuff in my hair I tend to play with it so the curls are more at the bottom part of my hair and it frizzes.  I looked in the mirror and smiled, there I am! This journey can be overwhelming and frustrating but I try to do things so I can feel "normal" whatever that means.

Brandon had to go to the dentist Thursday for an emergency appointment. His wisdom tooth was infected and pushing and hooked on the molar in front so both had to come out. The root was also wrapped around the molar so it was difficult to get out. They also had to do a bone graph. He took it like a champ. There is no way I would allow a needle in my mouth, better give me nitrous!!! As much as I have been poked the last 2 1/2 years I would be a huge baby lol. Brandon has been sleeping on the couch so he can be close to Mike and I, his bedroom is upstairs. I think it's awesome that he still likes to be around his parents when he doesn't feel well. 

Treatment is Thursday. Honestly I am pushing it from my mind and will breathe through it when the day gets here. I am supposed to go to dinner at one of my student's house Friday. I can't wait to see him and his family!! I have to text mom and let her know I only eat chicken or turkey for meat.
