The support our family has received is overwhelming. The hockey community and the family friends that have donated, thank you beyond words. I fully understand my journey, I will fight like I always have.  

My main focus is Sullivan now. All of your generosity is a major jump start to help us in this fight and provide him long term support. 

I have read all the comments, the prayers and support that have been posted. I speak for the entire Ruwe family saying thank you. This is a battle but we will find a way to make it a positive situation, hopefully bring attention to the disease, educate and in turn get more support for finding a cure. 

Again, thank you! The support has given me a major boost in moral and focus on staying strong.
