We wanted to update you all on Cody’s latest scan results and some incredible news.
Cody had his MIBG scan this week—a specialized imaging test that helps doctors see how much of his body is affected by neuroblastoma. The scan results are scored out of 30, and Cody’s came back as a 26/30. While that number may seem high, it’s primarily due to widespread bone involvement, which is unfortunately common in high-risk neuroblastoma cases. The scan helps his team monitor response to treatment and guide the road ahead.
BUT HERE’S THE PRAISE REPORT:
Our physician shared that Cody is already responding to his first round of chemotherapy—and in his words, “this is very atypical.” The tumors in Cody’s chest have already shrunk by a few centimeters, which is not something they usually see this early.

This is a huge answer to prayer, and we are giving all glory to God. Thank you for praying, checking in, supporting, and carrying us through this storm.
Cody’s next round of inpatient chemo will be July 23–27. Please keep those dates close in prayer.
