We are ao blessed to live in such a loving community. After hearing about Zech's progress, the first responders who arrived at the accident scene were SO happy to hear he was recovering.
Here's about his recent visit to the Fire dept!

We would like everyone, if you haven’t already, to meet Zech. Zech is an incredibly brave little guy who had an accident earlier this month. Today, our crew that was with Zech through it all were reunited with him and were extremely excited to see how great he is doing. He is happy, courageous, and brought a smile to everyone’s face. Zech got to see all of the big fire trucks, even getting to ride in his favorite one! He got to judge a push up competition between several of our members and even a few of his siblings. We all had a blast playing with some toys together and eating candy! It was a true privilege to have Zech come visit, and we hope that we are able to visit again soon!
We would like to thank his entire family for allowing us the opportunity to check back up with all of them after what happened. This family is amazing and we wish them nothing but the absolute best moving forward. You will always have friends here at Somers Fire!
