It’s October?!?

Funny story.  Every hour on the hour, except after the surgeries it was every 15 minutes 😅, the teams would come in and do nuero checks.

Wednesday I had a catering that somehow the crew and I pulled off.  I was running on zero sleep, scared and all the emotions, and pretty much pure adrenaline.  Thursday morning…

Name? Place? Why? Month?  He said October.  I squeezed his hand.  Anuar looked at me like…what?  Well, holy guac Batman.  He was right I was wrong.  He knew it was October.  I knew it was morningish?!? Of someday?!? Damn,  this fool has had brain surgeries and is more on top of it than I am.  

Slept well last night.  I see a nap or three in his future.  Amelia is off to school. Drew is working his booty off.   I cooked a good breakfast and now I need to figure out what meal I’m gonna cook up for Foster Love Bell County.  Yes, I had signed up to volunteer and I’m gonna make a meal for 25 people and donate it because well…that’s what we do.
