I would have considered myself pretty dang lucky the first 12 rounds of chemo. I had a few days here and there, but definitely more good days than bad. But I think chemo decided to just wait till the end to unload all the symptoms. Body aches from the white blood cell shot, nausea, but the fatigue- never knew I could be this tired! - BUT- there is a good news!
Tumor has shrunk significantly, to the point the ultrasound tech had a hard time getting good pictures, which they were happy with. It went from 4.1 cm to 1.6 cm. Lymph nodes also shrunk which could have meant there was cancer there but very minimal. They will take them (3 or 4) out when I have surgery and test them (this is normal) but if there anything in them it should be gone as well from the chemo.

Surgery will be 4-8 weeks after my last chemo. They have to schedule around both surgeons (plastics) so they will have to do some figuring out between the two doctors.
The breast surgeon could not feel a lump either so all in all, they are extremely happy with the outcome so far!
One more left. I don’t want to feel like how I feel again but it’s only one more time!
Once again, grateful for the village for helping out when I was struggling this week. ❤️
